RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We don’t Accept returns, We deliver your product after you consent to keep the product you purchased.

We provide open box delivery which ensures your product is the same you ordered from us (notunkichu.com).

In case of defective product found at the time of the delivery we will not deliver that product to you, we will send you a new product.

As we provide 100% genuine product from our reputed companies, every product will be 100% eligible for manufacturer warranty.

You’ll be able to claim warranty at any service center of that particular brand. You’ll have to bring the purchase proof that is your bill provided with the product.

Please note that the product you want to claim warranty for should not be water damaged or physically damaged.

Exchanges
